Iceberg Training Center is a specialized facility inspired and designed by Dr. Daniel Ramirez’s years of experience as an athlete, coach, strength and conditioning specialist, and doctor of physical therapy, which are all put together to make one epic vision. Each movement is purposeful and functional. Instead of focusing on short-sighted gains like some other gyms, we focus on reaching your goals while maintaining longevity. In other words, we want you to reach your goals and live your best life.
No prior experience? Even better! That's what we are here for. Our supportive community of members of all levels and experiences will be right next to you cheering you on the entire way. This is a gym you will look forward to coming to.

The iceberg analogy and reality that the tip of the iceberg would sink without a strong foundation helps to explain our training philosophy.
As a sports orthopedic physical therapist, Dr. Ramirez has witnessed many athletes that appear to be very strong on the surface, but lack a strong foundation, which caused them to become injured and lose time playing their sport. For this reason, the Iceberg Training Center was created to help athletes create a strong foundation before they get hurt and to optimize their movement for maximum athletic performance.
The Iceberg Training Center philosophy is equally important for non-athletes that are trying to improve their fitness and live a healthier lifestyle. Many fitness programs are shortsighted in their efforts and help clients lose weight quickly or gain muscle, but simultaneously cause injuries and rarely have long-lasting effects, similar to a fad diet.

FREE Starting Point Assessment: One-hour session to assess your current fitness level/needs, help you learn the foundational movements you'll see in most classes, and to give you the lowdown on our classes and facility. (Required for entrance into our group classes.)
Small Group Training: Each class will have a max of 8 participants, and your fitness level will be determined through our complimentary Starting Point Assessment. Participants will complete our Foundation Program that has been designed by Dr. Daniel Ramirez, PT, DPT, CSCS and is inspired by his 10+ years of experience as a coach and physical therapist. The Foundation Program is the perfect fit for the novice who wants to learn the right way to train and for the adult who wants to feel and move like they are young again.
Private Training: If you’d prefer to get fit with a program designed just for your group/team and have the undivided attention of your very own coach, then private training is the way to go. Our coaches specialize in creating personalized programs that can be tailored to fit your specific needs and reach your goals
Physical Therapy: Is conveniently provided by Concierge Physical Therapists inside of our facility. Private physical therapy sessions will always be one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in order to guarantee the highest level of care and results.
