Daniel is the owner of Miami Youth Fitness.
He is a Miami native who has been involved in athletics and fitness his whole life. He started playing baseball at three years of age before trying soccer, basketball, football, and roller hockey until he finally found his passion playing ice hockey, which he pursued until reaching NCAA ice hockey level.
Daniel maintains his passion for hockey but has shifted his focus to treating/training athletes. In order to provide the highest quality therapy and training to his patients and clients Daniel has completed his emergency medical responder (EMR), functional movement techniques (FMT), and certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). He is also currently completing a specialized sports physical therapy residency in Los Gatos, CA, where he works with Div 1 athletes at San Jose State University and is gaining experience learning from the staff of the San Jose Sharks (NHL).
